Painted Sunset

It is the rare occasion when a series of images come in a short time. It happened at this small pond lined with the varied white of the birch trees reflected on its surface. That evening the sun was going down, the wind softly moving the waters and the light changing moods. It really did captivate, what was happening in front of me. The sun was putting on a vivid display of oranges and greens just before it dipped below the horizon when I took this photo. Turning it upside down it became an impression of a painted landscape.
